Founded by Jazz, a qualified beauty therapist with more than 10 years of industry experience, the salon offers professional services including brows, lashes, facial treatments, waxing, sugaring, and cosmetic beauty services. After working in well-known salons across Melbourne, Jazz wanted to create a space where clients could receive personalised beauty care without feeling rushed.

The lash lifts I have gotten from hazel have been amazing. She recommended a serum to use as well that I bought off her and they have lasted ages! Definitely will keep coming back and I love the little head massage in between waiting times for the chemicals to kick in.

Jazz did a fantastic job, especially with the fact that I have low pain threshold.
Sugaring is supposed to be less painful than hard wax.
But did it hurt? like hell.
Did I cry? like a child.
Will I go back to Jazz? Absolutely. Without a doubt.
She was patient and tried distracting me from the actual pain. 10/10 🙌🏽

I had my lash extensions done here for the fist time and was I really impressed. The customer service was great. Staff was friendly, accommodating and prices are great. My lashes were done quicker than usual without compromising on quality. Highly recommended!

First time booking with Hazel beauty and I had such a great experience. She communicated so well from the start , kept time and made me feel comfortable for a first time . Loved that she suggested me to try out sugar waxing and even walked me through what she was doing throughout the whole process. The place was clean , and welcoming and she was very professional. Jazz is amazing! I was recommended to Jazz by my sister in law. I had reached out before my appointment to ask a few questions and Jazz was so kind and great at communicating with me. Once I arrived, Jazz made me feel comfortable and explained the benefits of sugaring. She also did derma planing, facial and henna eye brows on me which all were amazing! I'll be recommending Jazz to all of my friends!!

I went in for eyebrow threading and sugaring, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Jazz was skilled and the sugaring left my skin feeling smooth without any irritation. I told her I wanted a very natural look & she talked me through exactly what she would do, as I had a few lashes still remaining from my last lash appointment with another lash artist.
She went into detail of the lengths & the process she was going to do so that all the lashes would cover the missing ones from the previous extensions correctly & the outcome was simply AMAZING!!!!

I had my underarms, half legs, and Brazilian sugaring done for the first time and had an awesome experience with Jazz! I felt so happy the whole time. Even though it’s a home setup, they are very welcoming (offering drinks and asking if you need anything while you wait). The place is neat and clean, and she gave great advice and tips on maintaining healthy skin and hair. I'm definitely looking forward to my next sessIon.
